Hello....

Ages since I've last made an entry - been in pretty remote locatins over the last 10 days ago since starting the tour, also days are pretty much 4am to 10pm on the tour - so not much time for a whole lot!

Joined the tour in Melbourne and headed along the Great Ocean Road - beautiful scenery and sunset a 12 Apostles was fantastic! Then we headed into he Grampians National Park for 2 days of hiking and exploring the area before finishing up in Adelaide for a little R&R , a few games of pool and a few beers!

Next was Adelaide through South Australia and onto Flinders Ridges, then onto bizaree little place by the name of Coober Pedy where most people live underground due to the severe heat! Visit to Opal mine. Onto Uluru and camping under the stars (alongside snakes and scorpions though didn't see any!). Onto The olgas and Kings Canyon with some amazing hikes and stunnign scenery. Finished up in Alice Springs for a big Saturday night - flying to Cairns the next morning! Fantastic trip with fantastic people - totally memorable!! I just put a few photos up ont he blog but I can bore everyone for hours with the almost 500 odd I have taken already - going out to buy a new SD card!!! Capt Tribulation rainforest and Daintree tomorrow with Karen and Claire who met me this morning on a short trip from Brisbane!
