Hello everyone!

That's us just had our first successful download of photos of our first day in Bangkok...... went really well except for Iain nearly throwing the laptop out in front of a Tuc-Tuc (this is a motorbike with some sort of two seated trailer) due to the fact internet speed isn't so good here...... understandable!!! (Iain's in the background saying "No....it isnae!!")

Anyway sooooo warm and humid here, temp is about 35 degrees...........had our first ride in a Tuc-Tuc today....... the guy then proceeded to take us to some clothing and jewellery factory.........think he was a bit annoyed when we never bought anything and told him to take us to the river for a river cruise.

He "Organised" it for us to pay a "Special Price" and said he would wait for us to come back... he didn't...????

Not too bad as it was only 30 pounds, and we managed to see the Chao Phraya River.
At least that's us learned our lesson about hustlers early on! still we never actually paid for the ride either, so no great loss there!

Off to Koh Samui tomorrow.....cant wait to lie in the sun!!!!
