Today we paid a visit to the Poilane boulangerie, where they take their bread very seriously. For a bread-head like Louise, the Poilane bakery is right at the top of France's incomparable bread culture. The Reichstag's main attraction is the giant dome on the roof, which sort of looks like a big glass beehive.
