Got back from Hawaii with Graham a few weeks ago and yes...my tan vanished overnight. Oh well.

Hi Louise and Bryan, i think i would so enjoy the soaks both hot and cold after a long run!! I've been watching the hockey game Pittsburg and the New York Islanders (my team) but not tonight!! Sid The Kid is playing his first game post concussion and after the first peroid it is 2-0 for Pittsburg. Sid scored the first goal and assisted on the second and what ever the outcome i'm glad he's back. We've been following your travels and enjoying your postings. Take care xoxo
