Oh my god! We've arrived in one piece. Flight to Singapore was fantastic, 80 movies to choose from and gorgeous thai food, I was happy :-)

 Then connected to Bangkok, dinner and bed. Spent today riding around in a crazy tuk tuk, mainly visiting temples. It was about 10p for a 3 hr ride to wherever we wanted, except every now and again we had to pretend to look around gem shops and tailors so the tuk tuk driver could get petrol vouchers! Sucker for a sob story.

Tomorrow we are going to attempt to get to the palace, although this involves crossing numerous motorway type roads we may not survive. We get the overnight train to Bangkok at about 4 pm...that should be interesting :-)
