Hello hello.

Now in a place called Coffs Harbour, which is a lot bigger than I thought it was gonna be!

Last day in Byron tried my hand at surfing again... I was a lot better than my first attempt, at least I can say that! I stood up on the board everytime - it was just staying on that was the problem! I think I fully rode in 2 or 3 waves... and then fell off every other time, after standing up for about 3 seconds. Not good! And the times I did manage to stay on, I did not look cool! I was wobbling about all over the place - and every one else managed to make themselves look cool! Haha! I need to practice! At least now I know how to do it, so if I find some other s*** surfers we can all hire out boards and be rubbish together!

So yeah in Coffs Harbour, had a bit of a wonder around this morning... it's nice here but doesn't seem to be loads going on! its very quiet, but that's quite nice as Byron was sooo busy! There's free body boards and stuff in the hostel to borrow so maybe I'll give that a go! Ha.

There's a bit of scuba diving here, so may see how much that is. But I really want to go to a place called South west Rocks which has a really cool looking dive - you go through a cave type thing (it's like a little tunnel under like a big rock island thingy!), and there are loads of turtles and nurse sharks there. But, the coach companies don't go there so I either need to find a day trip or hire a car with someone! Looks pretty cool though.

Going on to Port Macquarie tomorrow. Stay there for a few days before heading to sydney for the mayhem to start! Haha!xx
