Day 19: 19/1/13
Before I forget, the photo above isn't the view today, it's one on the website, but it is the view here.
We got up nice and early today to say goodbye to the people leaving. Two of the girls from our room were going and about 10 others from our group. So lots of goodbyes! We went back to bed then for a while but didn't really sleep!
Eventually we got up and went for brunch. We were about 45 minutes waiting for the food so we were in the cafe a long time! The people I was with today hasn't been up on the gondola for the view over the town so we went up there again. It was cloudier than yesterday but still lovely. We dossed around then for a good while up there, sitting lookin out at the view, watching people luging!
I spent a while on the computers in the hostel then. I wanted to save my photos onto a memory stick and upload a few on Facebook. That took ages an its only a few of the photos I have!
We cooked a stir fry then and ate it between five of us, with enough left over for another few people!! Lunch tomorrow for someone!
We didn't do much for the evening! We were glad of a rest after the busy days and nights we've had, so just had a very dossy evening. Jenny, Hazel (two Engliish girls) and I walked a little around the town and went to the marina part again. There was a street performer there- a guy throwing cards up onto buildings. I have definitely seen him before but I don't know where! Do ye remember?
Andrew, the American guy joined us later and the four of us sat in the room having a few drinks and playing some card games. It was a quiet, sensible night but we needed one of them!!
