We have had the most relaxing 2 days so far i think jut what we need before the madness of Saigon! travelled on the bus for 12 hours to Nha trang checked in and had a wander. decided to go to the hot springs and mud bath. it was fantastic you ghot in a sandstone tub with a few others and soaked in mud kind of syrup for 45 min then you sit in the sun for 10 to let it set then have the tas of showering it off (it gets everywhere!) next you go in a hot spring for 45...

Hey all just a quick message, arrived in Hanoi yesterday evening...it is absolutely mental! I have never seen so many motor bikes or heard so much beeping in my life...you have to walk into the road and hope for the best to cross the road! Oh and just our luck, our first day here is a holiday and everywhere is shut so spent most of the day walking round sweating our asses off in a smog filled cauldron of crazy people!
