Anyway thanks for all the messages (Rach glad you got the pressies!sounds like you had a fab day) (Briege you have to email to warrent a present!) (Mere well done!) you will all be pleased to know that the typoon has passed and we have had a great three days down in Hoi An. Arrived on thursday and checked into nice hotel pool, ac big room for 6 quid a night-its mad! i dont even stay in places this night on a normal package holiday! hired a motor bike and headed for the beach. It was fun but me being sensible didn't let rich go over 40kph- kilometers that is i was like slow down we could die at 40! he said its only 25 miles an hour! we had no helmets-they all do it here but i always have 'safety first' bells ringing in my head so day 2 we hired push bikes!

Actually the bikes were much more fun and so quick to cycle around the shops and markets! I can see why the Von Traps are so happy! (the bikes had baskest and bells on them! Rich looked very amusing!) did a bit of sight seeing and chilled out. We have had clothes made so mum a big package is on the way! rich got 2 suits, 5 shirts and a winter coat for 95 quid-can you believe it! and he had 3 fittings to get it perfect! i have had 2 trousers (10 quid a pair!) for work and 2 very randon dresses made (15 each)! beautiful but random for me-i shall leave it a surprise! the clothes are just fantastic here if you ever come on holiday buy a spare bag and get a whole wardrobe its good service great quality and cheap as chips!

Met up woth some people from Hue again for the last 2 nights and found a cool bar with free fooseball table and pool table so spent the nights there! pool table winner stays on doubles so loads of the bar joined in, pleased to say i held my own among the boys on the pool but everyone was pretty s*** the games took forever! meant more beer time though! had some great food here to hot pots are yummy! weather v hot in the morning and cooler in the afternoon with lightening for the last 2 nights!

we are off on a bus tonight 6pm-6am joy! to Nha trang for more beach times but are making our way down to siagon so we can do a trip on the mekong delta as we missed ha long bay.
