Fiona So, the adventure continues, and note you managed to get a mention in of yet another US Navy ship, even if it was on the seabed. Not to be outdone, your gran and I went to Portsmouth Harbour last week and watched a big US warship sailing out - just to show you don't have the monopoly on American sailors! Nobody bought us any drinks, though... And here was me thinking you'd have a couple of weeks to relax & unwind after all the travelling - sounds like you're as busy as ever, but hey, might as well see and do as much as you can while you're there, as it might be a while before you're back again. I'm just off to pick the wee man up from his last day at nursery - I'm going for the celebrity sunglasses look, to hide the fact that I'll be blubbing like a big girl's blouse. Given that I've already been in tears just making his thank you card for the 'teachers', my reputation as a hard faced mooey is in tatters. Laura Hey everyone!! This is the first internet we have managed to get in Bali and the connection is sooo slow so no time for a postcard or photos! :0( We are having such an amazing time here in Bali! Our first accomodation, Lumbung Damuh in Buitan Beach, was so gorgeous! The people are amazing and will do anything for you! We have done lots of shopping - I can't believe how much money I have spent already in such a cheap place! We have been to the biggest temple in Bali and many other amazing places and we have even been diving! It was absolutely amazing, although a bit scary at first! We went over 18metres underwater to see the WWII wreck of US Liberty at Tulamben! This morning I woke up and had a massage and body scrub before leaving to come to Sanur - what a life! We have 3 nights here in Sanur and then 3 more in Kuta, which is the liveliest part of Bali so may actually come home cream crackered!! ;0) Kerry, Happy Birthday to you and I hope you have a fantastic party! I wish I could be there but I am sure I will hear all about it when I get back! Lisa, wish you were here, you would absolutely love the place! Maybe next year, eh!?!? :0) Anyway folks, the sun is shining so I better get out there! See you all soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

DAD Hi Laura Well the Aus bit is at an end, seems like it was an adventure and a half for you, really glad you done it, but so glad you are coming home soon, I am sure you will bore the ar*e off me with your stories but so looking forward to them. Bali should be a breeze for you now, enjoy it and chill out for the next 2 weeks. Will really try and get your room finished once the lodgers move out, fingers crossed. lisa hey thats me back safely, had a well doggy experience on the journey back home the flight was so bloody bumpy i had to use the sick bag! we were landing and there was 50 mile per hours winds i was needing a new pear of pants when we landed haha, its funny now but ive never felt so bad in my life! hols were good too hot but, something exciting sounds intresting hope its what i think it is and if it is good luck!!! i imagine you to are pretty damn sick of that good wholesome sunshine so youl be glad to know that i seemed to have brung winter home aparntly it been lovely when ive been away today its boltick and peeing wi rain think ill need to rethink my white outfit haha! anyway youll be on a plane to bali by now so enjoy your last two weeks and ill see you soon love youse xxxxxxxxx

Andy & Karolyn Hi sis. Up at Julie and Jamie's baby sitting Amy tonight,who'd a thought changing a baby would be so hard.. She's getting big now. Your nights out don't sound as good as ours have been recently. Went to the Basement for the first time in 2 years! It was just like being back in Ibiza.
