Not much to say about these days. We woke up to a sunny, warm, calm day. We had a nice breakfast on deck in the warm sunshine and then attended a talk on our last port in Croatia, Rijeka. We have no info on it as it's a new port of call so it was useful to attend.

We wandered around the ship and ended up at the pool to watch a bar war of the sexes. There were 3 members to a team - boys vs girls - who had to follow a bartenders instructions to make 3 different drinks. Then they were judged on time, presentation and taste. The boys won by a point but the judge was obviously was biased. He was, after all, a guy.

Then it was lunch on the back patio in the beautiful sunshine and off to a Princess cruise presentation for new cruisers to Princess. I fell asleep. Oops!!!

We had brought a bottle of Prosecco wine (like champagne) on when we boarded the ship so we decided now was the time to pop it open and enjoy it on the deck in the sunshine. Ahh......it was perfect! Then happy hour intervened and we couldn't pass it up (drinks are in the range of $7-10 and happy hour is buy one get one for $1) so we made our way to the bar for drinks and trivia. Another Canadian couple were talking about Caesars (which were not on the drink list) so we ordered a couple of rounds. We couldn't drink anymore so we decided to retire to the room and opened a bottle of wine. ;). Tonight is formal night so we have to dress up and behave. :( It was a nice, relaxing day. We only have 3 days left. I have mixed feelings. I'm enjoying myself but am also missing family and friends back home.

I have to say that we have been very lucky with the weather. For the most part (except for the cancellation of the port at Mytilene due to wind and waves) it's been great - sunny, fairly warm for our Canadian blood, maybe a bit windy, but overall lovely. I have to say that we think Princess is a great cruise line. We've only been on 2 other lines but we think Princess tops it so far. They have a loyal following of cruisers who book with and love them. If anyone is ever thinking of using them let us know and we can get you an onboard credit. I hope I haven't jinxed us for the last 2 days!!!

Tomorrow is Dubrovnik. This stop is really the one we have been waiting for. We have heard so many great things about it. I hope it doesn't disappoint.
