Now then everybody, Hope all is well at home? Chez and i are having a great time in Hanoi its a beautiful city with lots to see and do. Yesterday we went to the womens museum for a mooch around and then to a couyple of temples. In the evening we went to a water puppet show and then out for some dinner. We have now had to resort to total vietnamise cuisine as there really is no Ronald insight! Today we are off on a tour of the city, where we are going to a temple of literature and the museum of Ethnology. Just got back from our tour and it was really interesting. Only had 8 people in total in the group including me and Liz. The guide was good and we got to see and understand more then if we had just gone on our own. We also visited the resting place of Ho Chi Minh. He has been dead for 30 odd years and his body has been maintained and is in a see through coffin. Liz was told to be quiet, that girl has no respect for the dead!!!! Only joking she wasn't even talking just smiling. Well we are off to Ha Long beach tomorrow for 2 nights, where we can swim and go kayaking. Should be fun! Lots of love Cheryl and Liz x x x x x
