Hi kate, you will be relieved to know that I have stopped swanning about and am actually about to start my 7th night shift in a fortnight so now I can sympathise with you properly! We are making time for sight seeing though and agency work doesn't have associated work politics so life is still fun. Ian is coming out to visit again at the beginning of May so I look foreward to that. We are going to hire a campervan and go explore australian stuff, I'm not sure what yet but its a plan in progress. Still got your tan? xxx

Becky, it is so exciting about New Zealand and it gets closer and closer! We hae started looking at what to do there and it looks like to do it all our days are going to be jam packed! We reckon the best way would be to spend 2 weeks in the north island, 2 weeks in the south island travelling to Queenstown, 10 days snowboarding and then 1 week travelling up to Christchurch before catching the plane back to Aukland so we can get to South Africa. How does this fit in with what you have planned? If you would like to come snow boarding too let me know because apparently accomodation gets booked up so when we decide on a resort we are going to book it asap. I can book for you too if you like. See you soon xxx

Hi Liz, How are you? Is Ian there with you now? I hope things are still going really well with him. You'll be my inspiration for the dreaded long distance relationship if you pull through this one (which I'm sure you will). Erlends going away next week for 3 weeks which will be crap but pretty easy I think!!! Because then in August he's away for 4 and a half MONTHS!!! Hes going to be working in Qatar for the Asian Games which obviously I'm really extatic about (can you hear the sarcasm in my voice?!).I may not get to see him for the entire time. I'm abit glum about that but otherwise we are still very happy and loved up! It was Erlends 27th birthday yesterday and we had a great day together...the older he gets the more likely he is to want me forever!!! Oh, I'm sounding like an old muppet now! Work is good, the house is great, our garden looks brilliant and the sun is shinning! Looking forward to seeing you (whenever that may be!). Hope you're well and happy. Be good if you can. Love Kate xxx

hi liz, really enjoying your site the trip looks soo fab, and giving me inspiration for when i finally sell my house and have some cash to spend travelling. Life with me is really good and i am really looking forward to meeting up with you in new zealand. can't wait! Just had a week off, and i could soo become a lady of leisure, i wouldn't be one of those people who says i wouldn't fill my day and get bored, i would have so much fun, shame i have to work, although at the moment i have no clue what to do with my new life, tennis coaching, australia, different career, i have no clue its soo exciting!. Any way take care you, enjoy your time with ian. see you in 4 months becky xxx

Hello, hello, hello everyone, sorry I haven't posted a message for a while but now I am back! Thankyou for keeping up with our developments, we promise updates very soon (perhaps tomorrow you never know). Granny, Perth was amazing thankyou I can't wait to visit you next, we can compare stories and pictures and make everyone else insanely jealous - Ian and I got to see a mummy and baby wild dolphin swimming right up to us! Kate are youn going to come to australia then? We could compare tans. I too have been working hard on mine and feel it is progressing nicely. Anna, I have not got the aussie accent yet thankyou and unlike the welsh twang I picked up in Swansea I do not plan to!!! Had a disasterous 1st day at work today and ended up being evicted from the ward in a true bad nurse fashion. Its all because of my stupid, advanced technology electronic visa that no-one believes exists. Never mind, being me I wouldn't expect anything less, better luck tomorrow. XXXXXX
