I spent 2 days in Alice Springs before my 6 day tour to Adelaide started. It was hotter than Cairns and much smaller than i thought. Our next bus was from Airlie Beach to Mission Beach. I spent about a week at mission beach realxing by the pool in a really nice hostel. I went white water rafting on the Tully River for a whole day and it was awesome! Best activity i've ever done. We spent about 6 hours on the river and stopped for lunch half way. 27th-28th October: We had a long 10 hour trip to Airlie Beach from Kroombit Cattle station. We had 2 days in Airlie before our boat trip. The Nightlife was good here and shops were ok too so a good place to relax for a day or two. There was also a lagoon to swim in. 26th October: From Hervey Bay the caught the bus to an inland cattle station. the journy was about 7 hours long but we were greated with fresh steak and salad for lunch.
