Good'ay from Sydney!

As you can tell all worked out well. We stayed in Surin beach for a few days lounging on the beach which was lovely. Then thanks to some amazing help from Toya's boyfriend and Quantus we managed to get a flight from Phuket to Singapore. Thinking we would have to slum it in the airport until our flight out we were prepared for the worst. Only to have Quantus take us to a 5 star hotel with free breakfast and buffet lunch (this was no ordinary buffet...we are talking world quisene, indian, sushi, thai, salads, fruits....a chocolate fountain and mini deserts in glass pots!!!!! i was in heaven) so with somewhere to sleep and shower in confort we were all ready for the next flight on to sydney 16 hours later!! We arrived this morning (3 days earlier than planned) to 29 degrees and with very friendly people. We managed to book up accommodation fine and after a brief sleep to catch up went off exploring. The opera house, harbour bridge and botanical gardens are all in walking distance!! Other than being more expensive i love it here. We have so much to do so will definatley keep our time filled before we come back at xmas. They are already in the xmas spirit here with lovely traditional decorations as well as some real quirky modern ones. Not in a mad, crazy england xmas way though...everything is so laid back. So off to the zoo tomorrow :-) and a surfing lesson on monday...then lots more.
