Sawasdeeka ( sa wah dee ka)     (hello) from Phuket! Today we went off road driving and elephant trekking! The most amazing experience! We got to see baby elephants in training and then we had a 45 min trek on  26 year old "Namsai" ( nam sigh)  She was won of the younger elephants who liked to stop and eat a lot and would then take over the rest of the herd! She also liked adventure, she would take the steep hills, up great, down was an experience! ...

So we were gonna go to the temples and khao San road and china town in Bangkok, however old man tried to con us into a boat trip that cost way too much! We got fed up of being led astray that it was safer to stay at the hostel! However, we did get to taste fruit from stalls on the street. Hey finally in Bangkok!!! Getting here was easy! Both flights early, quantas flight was a luxury, had tea, supper and breakfast and endless drinks and snacks, oh and also sneaked off with blanket which may come in handy in New Zealand!!
