Hey everyone!

How are you all?! Ok so I'm just gonna update you on my time so far in Brisbane. I was only suposed to stay here until today and then go to Byron bay but i've met some really cool people here and they presuaded me to stay longer! So now i'm gonna miss Byron bay (alittle disapointing) and staying here till Monday!

The day before yesterday i went into Brisbane centre and it's so cool! I love it here! There are so many cool shops! I started talking to two girls from my hostel on the trip down Sarah and Fiona aka Fifi. They showed me around we went over the bridge and to this place Fifi called Thailand (because thats how she imagines it would look) There were these people walking around this pond (about 15 of them) and we watched thinking what the Bugg*r are they doing so we asked and they said they were buddists and they had to walk around this pond 3 times and then wet their head with the water and they would get good luck. So we thought well they cant not give us good luck if we do it so we did (mainly for a laugh). Anyway turns out it can give us bad luck instead i lost 150 dollars! Well done Lisa!!

That night we got totally wasted at the hostel. I mean I have never been that sick before! I think it was all the drinking games plus i had to drink the kings cup?! Ah well the next day i still felt drunk so me and Sarah had a fry up and then i did... nothing.

Today i went to a Koala sanctuary! I held a Koala! It was so, so cute! I want one! I also fed a kangaroo! That was quite cute too!

On our way back to the hostel i made the others stop in the museum. Ok it might not be really fun but it's free and it was quite interesting! So all in all a really chilled out day!

I'm looking forward to tomorrow as we're going out in Brisbane centre like most of the people from the hostel! So should be fun!

I so could live in Brisbane but i think it's the people you meet rather than the place.
