Day 58 - 6th Mar - Heading up north up the coast to Newcastle, it is not that far from Sydney only about 2 hours on the coach (loads better than the previous 14 hours). Got to Newcastle by 10 am and headed straight for the beach for the day, was a really nice quiet. In the evening we went for a free BBQ with everyone from the hostel to a pub by the sea, followed by a trivia night which we were really not successful at.

Day 57 - 5th Mar - Spent the day in the Blue Mountains before getting picked up to head back to Sydney. Had a pretty relaxed day, just had a walk around the town, exploring all the little antiques shops and hippy shops. On the way back to the hostel we stopped for tea and scones. So British! Evening which just stayed in at our hostel back in Sydney, preparing for our coach journey in the morning.

Day 56 - 4th Mar - Blue Mountains! Onto an OzExperience bus and headed about an hour and a half out into the mountains. After a brief stop in a little local town for some breakfast, then we headed to spend the day with nature! The day was with a guide from OzExperience, so we headed for our first stop which was to see Red Kangaroos in the wild. We were pretty lucky and managed to see 2 kangaroos and a Joey grazing in the wild, was really nice to see them outside ...

Day 55 - 3rd Mar - Pretty glad to be leaving Bondi, especially after not having a very good nights sleep the night before, due to some annoying guy in our room! Heading back into the city in preparation to go to the Blue Mountains the next day. During the day we got on the Ferry to Manly Beach, we spent the afternoon on the beach. Day 54 - 2nd Mar - Went for a great recovery breakfast! After we headed for a slow coastal walk that went from Bondi to Coogee beach. Was a really nice walk strolling along the coast, stopping along the way at some really nice beaches for a little paddle. Stayed in Coogee for the evening, it is a really nice beach area.
