Today was awesome! We slept in a bit, grabbed lunch, then bought day passes for the Tower of London and an underground ticket. We got to the tower around 130pm and stayed until 520 or so...
I took tons of pictures :)
We then sat outside the Tower Bridge (the actual "London bridge" is nothing special, it's the Tower Bridge that looks so cool) eating cornish ice cream cones (romantic, I know)
After that there was a Grim Reapers walking tour starting at 6 so we went ahead and did that as well! They covered London's East End which is supposedly really haunted. We learned more about the Bloody Tower, Traitors Gate, torture and public beheadings, plague pits, the worlds first psychiatric hospital, and Jack the Ripper of course. It was very interesting, that ended around 830 so we hopped back on the underground and headed to the hostel for dinner.
It's now 1030pm and I'm exhausted. We have another full day ahead of us starting bright and early!!
