We attended our first red carpet event last night at the san sebastian film festival - we were hoping to see hugh jackman but he is appeading tonite - instead we saw young starlets who were most likely from shows like home and away strut their stuff on the red carpet . Another first was having pintxos - so much fun choosing what to eat when you dont know what it is or can read spanish - part of the whole experience - I love it because you get to try so many different types of food instead of having just one main meal - we are loving this way of life.

We even had pintxos for breakfast because that's what everyone does - a cafe and off to work or in our case shopping you go. The owners of the cafes/bar have fun with us as well because we don't speak spanish and they try hard to understand us - all good fun.
