Our hotel - grand hotel de poste - is a 19th century building.
Salon is a commune village in the south of France - population 45,000. The place where nostradamus spent his last years and was buried. The town lies within its circuit of walls. The town also has a famous air base. Arrived monday morning - lots of shops are closed on Monday - never mind - walked around the town and got a feel of its inhabitants -lots of young people around like a small country town. This is a view from our window - hopefully the bell won't keep us up all night.
