We arrived in Berlin after driving out of the Chezk republic and through the eastern part of Germany the campground we were meant to stay in didn’t exist but luckily we found another one which was really nice. The next day we went into Berlin the public transport was really good and we got cheaply into town. About 20 years ago Germany was divided into west and east. Berlin was in East Germany but half of Berlin was part of West Germany so it was split by a wall but now there is no wall and all of Germany is the same. We wandered the streets and saw the Victory column the Reichstag A half blown up church from the war and the Berliner Dom as well as going to the DDR museum which wasn’t very good. At lunch time we sat down in a park and when we looked around we realised no one was wearing cloths turns out its a traditional thing they do. After lunch we saw the Brandenburg gate. On the way out we saw some whole heap of tiny summerhouses all packed together Berlin turned out to be very strange. The next day we packed up and headed to Rostock were we got a hotel with Internet so we could book a ferry for the morning.
