This will be a quick blog entry because Em and I chilled on a beach for five nights and there isn't much to say that the photos can't.

We stayed in our own little beach bungalow that had it's own infinity pool looking out over the pacific ocean, it really was an incredible setting. One that I'd be suprised if it is bettered on this trip.

The daylight hours were taken up with homemade breakfast (smoothie, granola and coffee), lunch (tostadas with the usual mexican accompaniments), swimming and reading. In the afternoon we'd watch the daily storm roll in and then head out for dinner. It was a delightfully peaceful way to spend five days.

Most nights we ventured out to sample the flavours of the neighbouring little beach towns, namely Zipolte, San Agustinillo and Mazunte. One particular occassion Em and I were enjoying some street food when one of the many dogs that roam the streets decided that I (Alex) was worthy of his/her scent - yep the dog pissed on me. Not happy Jan. The only blemish in an otherwise perfect stay.
