Dear lettia & Jonnie Hope you had a great christmas and have a wonderful new year!! I have been reading your journal and cant believe it, we are also so proud of you. Love reading the emails from your mum, whats she like!!!!!!!! (abit of lippe doesnt she realise you are out in the middle of no where) .I bet she still has not stopped cryng, they are both proud of you. As soon as you are back we need to have a night out, get pissed, tell your mum I will have the bread on order!!!!! Charlotte has spent christmas in scotland, Glen coe, I was even upset with her going away for a few days! She came back engaged, they are planing to get married 2008 so at least you will be back. Salon is doing well, still building it up, it will take a while. I will get charlotte to email you and let you know all the gossip. My Dearest Lettie, my wee baby wean. Merry Christmas, on this, the first time we've spent Christmas apart since you first introduced yourself, 12.40am on the 6th May 1984. But look, my little seed has turned into the most beautifull flower, I admire your courage, cycling down through Asia, into Sydney, no longer Mum and Dad helping, but sorting out each challenge as it arises. When I read The messages that other people have left for you, friends that you have met on lifes journey, giving you encouragement, inspiration, love and laughter, and through your travel you can give them the same back. My heart is bursting with pride, because I know how much this journey means to you, all the hard work, and planning that has went into this. Those that have looked out for you in the past, will continue to do so in the future, as they are filled with pride, at how you conduct yourself. It has and is a pleasure being your father, and I just want the whole world to know that.
