Nervous Turkey!
Today started with a flat tyre on the moped. Luckily we weren't stranded as we were only a few hundred metres away from the rental place and had James as a chaperone, following behind Matty as he very slowly rode the bike back. The guy was cool and swapped it over no problem....very surprising.
Through the intermittent rain we managed to enjoy a chunk of the day on Freedom Beach, with its clear water we dared to enter.
We decided to book night fishing with James and Lucy so we were picked up and transferred to the ferry before the sun set. Like a Screaming Reels programme (A Discovery Channel classic) we hauled Red, White & Yellow Snapper into the boat. Unfortunately we didn't get the big game catch we were hoping for because as we moved to another location in came a storm. The trip was cut short by an hour due to the torrential rain and sheet lightening. But with 6 fish each and Char catching the prize for size (she didn't stop carping on about her first plaice!...terrible we know!) we were happy. We even got to take the majority of the fish for tomorrow nights dinner.
