Hi Everyone!!

Today we said an emotional farewell to our parents and grandparents at Manchester Airport. We then started our long journey to Dubai (7hrs 10mins) where we were able to get off the plane and have a wander round. We didn't have long but managed time to get chips, pringles and water (How English!)

We then boarded the plane again for a 5hr flight to Bangkok. We were a bit unsure how to sort our visa as they ran out on the plane but after wandering about it was easy. Finally we met our driver and had a pleasant drive to Buddy Lodge Hotel that Si & Vic had booked for us (Thank you again!!) We headed to the pool and then onto Koh San Road - It really is CRAZY! Char managed nearly too Chang's!! (She will drink beer by the end!) We ate Pad Thai, corn on the cob and spring rolls. Early night and ready for tomorrow!
