Early start this morning with no breakfast to catch our bus to Koh Chang. The bus seemed ok until more and more people were piled on (with some Cambodian women having to sit on stools in the aisle with luggage packing the rest of the aisle. Today we headed back to Otres 1 on the worst journey ever! There was a massive thunderstorm this morning so the sea was horrendous! People were being sick all around us. Once on and ready to go the woman who ran the boats, decided to tell us that the boat would stop miles away from where we had got on and that we could swap to a speed boat which would take less time and take us to where we wanted. Hangover day 2! Today we slept on the beach for most of the day. We then thought we better do something exciting seen as it was Matt's birthday!! So we headed to see some Bioluminescent Plankton. It was AMAZING! Although the rough sea at night time = a scared Matt and Char so we observed from the boat! However we probably got the best view out of everyone!! We then met Chris and Chloe for 1 birthday beer and several games of cards. C & M xx

Wow what a day!! It was like an episode of Lost! Our plan... to find a beautiful secluded beach (We were told we could walk and there is a path to Long Beach) What happened: - Woke up with lots of bites so we researched sandflies - but instead we found out about king cobras and 40 other venomous snake species that live on the island! - Set off on our walk petrified! - Turns out it's a full on jungle trek. - 20minutes in.... flip flops were a bad choice! -...
