THE SKYDIVE……

Wow! What can we say…….. AMAZING!! The best thing we have ever done!!

After being harnessed up, we met our flight pals and filmed our interviews before the flight. After Char being told that her instructor doesn't normally dive anymore and stays on the ground we climbed upon our ride to 14,000ft in a little tin can. As we reached 5,000ft Char glanced at Matt to see his face looking slightly uneasy. Within no time we had reached full height and as the instructors started speaking flight talk…. 14,000ft…. clear for dispatch…. Goggles on….. We knew that this was it!! The shutter of the plane opened and with the first victim being sucked out the 3 of us took one last look at each other and moved closer to the door. Char was unlucky enough to be the last one out, having to watch Amber and Matt fall into their destiny. The first 60seconds was unreal and remembering to breathe we plunged towards the ground. After a minute of freefall the parachutes were pulled to allow us to take in the breath-taking sights. We could not have picked a better day… the sky was so blue and clear, allowing us to see all the way to the Gold Coast.

The only way to describe it is like we were diving onto a photograph!

The feeling we had after completing the skydive was amazing, we felt invisible! Hopefully the video will upload onto here!
