well, we arrived in cairns a couple of days ago and it has rained ever since! never thought to look into when the rainy season was but it turns out its now!

had a fantastic day yesterday! we went to the great barrier reef and saw so much. didn't even matter that it was rainin. the water was soooo warm and we snorkelled loads and did the glass bottom boat thing. saw all kinds of fish, stingrays, turtles and even FOUND NEMO (that was our mission for the day). and generally has a bit of a laugh. the crew were really cool and fed us well. andy's investement in a waterproof thingy for his camera was a worthwhile investment and we got some awesome pictures!

today was not as much to be honest. our trip into the rainforest got us very wet. although i did go to the waterfall where peter andre filmed the video for mysterious girl and loads of timotei adverts were shot! but i was too much of a wimp to get in coz it was fresszin compared to yesterday's nice warm water.

suppsoed to be doin a skydive tomorrow but i don't think it's gonna happen! there is a cyclobe due, hence all the rain! and we wont be able to jump if the weather is crap (like it is now!), i'll be hellish devasted if we can't do it but hopefully should be able to reschedule for before i go home if that's the case!
