A hot sunny day and as usual a good breakfast set as up for our cycle ride today. We were cycling to the most southern point on the African continent Cape Agulhas. We were dropped off 40 kilometers from the tip with our bikes. The road was less bumpy and less hilly than the previous day's cycle , but some strong headwinds made it a bit more challenging. I woke Graham early as the sun was shining , we had to make the most of the chance to run around the lagoon. It was a lovely spot and if I had been a bird watcher would have been very excited by the bird life.
