Same routine with the muesli at 6am then off to Master Divers for our first official dive. We went to twins, Koh Nang Yuang. The water was so clear.
Mark (the instructor) pointed at something under a rock... I swam over and nearly had a panic attack. It was a blue spotted sting ray! We saw so many fish... Longfin banner fish, butterfly fish, blue ringed angel fish, white eyed moray eels....
The next dive site was junk yard, Koh Tao. This is man made with an old pick up truck, exercise bike, cross trainer, tables, chairs, a miniature sydney harbor bridge and coral nurseries. We saw saddleback, porcupine, spotted puffer and bat fish.
After the dives we went back to have a shower and lunch (Lees arm was better now so didn't need the deep clean) then headed back in the classroom for our final theory test. It was a proper test, sitting in silence, timed... It was marked straight away and we all passed! We just have the final dives tomorrow then we're officially open water divers!!!
We were both pooped so headed back for a movie and some noodles then bed. Lees feet had gotten worse. Some how his blisters had turned into open wounds on his feet. He'd tried wearing socks with the fins but didn't seem to work. I tried being all good girlfriend like and giving them a wipe but it made me feel sick. He digs into the wound.... Quite frankly I'm just not cut out to be a nurse.
