I woke feeling much better. We took our time getting ready then went to explore salta town. This place is beautiful. It has a square surrounded by a cathedral, restaurants and shops. The little roads leading off the square are quaint.
We needed to print off our bus tickets so we walked around the little streets. The first shop said it was 14 pesos to use the computer for 5 minutes and 1.50 pesos per print out. We knew this was expensive because we'd printed the ticket in BA and it had cost 5 pesos including printouts so we politely said sod off and wandered a little more and found one were he charged 1 peso for 5 mins and 1.20 per printout. A massive difference. It's so annoying when they make the price up for tourists. 14 pesos instead of 1 peso. That's just rude!
Once we had our tickets we celebrated on the plaza with a coffee followed by pizza.
When it started to get cooler we went back to the hostel to wait for our 1:45 bus. Then shared a taxi with anya (the couch surfing girl we'd met in the hostel) to the bus terminal. It was late and dark so we thought it best to play it safe and get a taxi rather than walk.
