Oh my Buddha
I actually thought i was going to die on that treck. Day one of three arrive at a nice eating area for lunch the we go for and "easy" treck (as said the company i booked with) it was 2 hours walking up a mountain on slippery rocks and one point i was climbing up a wall that was verticle. half way through i was so tired and was not looking forward to the rest of the climb but i did make it in the end it took us 3 hours to climb to the top. It was very beautiful at the top you could see for miles around and the people were so nice. The first night there was 9 of us and we all slept in one big hut on the floor was very comfortable but the horrible cockrall was cockadoodaling most of the night, was tempted to kill it for breakfast.
Second day was dreding the walk hoping that it would not be as bad as the day before but it was quite nice there were a few ups but mainly down. was very steep down and kept sliding but Mum my merrells worked and were really comfortable. the second place that we stayed in (now 6 of us as 3 were only staying 1 night) was a lot quieter ad cold but had a really good sleep nearly 11 hours in all, thee is not much to do at night but me and 2 Irish lads and a korean played cards for a bitI won of course lol.\
Third day waling up we had a 30 min walk to the elephant camp. there was a little baby elephant really cute. the ride was so funny we went down hill thought i was going to fall out but i did laugh when the lads behind were really scared. after the trecking was white water raffting was fun as well but wasnt as good as the one in africa wasnt as many rapids. then a nice easy trip down the river on bamboo rafts bumped in to two elephants having a swim and washing them selves.
so tired now going to find a place to have a massage and relax them to bed to sleep for a week. not sure what i am going to do in the next few dys not decided yet might go further north. will write again i a few days.
Lots of love
