Hi all

Well i have left the four thousands islands and caught an overnight bus to Vientene where i only stayed a night. i then travelled to Vang Vieng. what a nightmare about 1 hr in to the journey we broke down so i ended up getting a tuk tuk all the way so painfull the seats arnt really designed for long journeys and the roads were windy and steep not good so instead of the journy tsking 3 hrs it took 7 hrs long time. finally i arrived in Vang Vieng where i got a hotel. i saw some people that i met in the islands and in Vientene while i was there so went to dinner with them and for a drink after.

first full day im going exploring, there are lots of caves about as there are so many hills, so i hire a bike (push bike no motobike yet) and travel about 12km to the first cave, then i climbed the 147 steps to the cave entrance so funny a load of japanese tourists were crawling up on there hands and knees then i just walked straight passed them lol. the cave had lights inside so i could see and it was so big as well really pretty. and the view from the cave entrance was so good. on to second cave long way up hill then down bumpy dirt track finally i make it and go in i have a guide as there are on lights inside i have my trusty tourch, so hot inside which i wasnt expecting and at one point i was crawling on my stomake to get further them i saw a huge spider nd started freking out so had to get out of there it was horrible the spider was bigger than my hand. if i hadnt of seen it i might have gone further in to the cave but after seening in no way. so i think i broke the record in getting out of the cave and so glade to be out side. was a really good cave and where the minerals had solidified they made a good drum with my guide lijke to demonstrate.

weel after the cave i went back totown fr lunch and to relax for the rest of the afternoon, i had booked to goon a kayaking and tubing adventure the next day so wanted to be well rested.

Kayakign is so fun. the day startyed with a 17km drive upstreem where we went to a elephant cave and tubing (big rubber ring) in to a cave with haed tourches. there were a lot of russiand on this trip and they had been drinking whiskey sinc 10am so very nosiy kept knocking eachother of og the ring.

after lunch we started kayaking down the river and stopped of at soem bars thet wre on the river side to use the rope swing i only went once was quite dangerouse lots of people hurting them selves. wer carried on and it took about 4 hours to jet to the end of the town, to get off. so exusted. so slept for a long time.

of to Lang Prabang with is further in the north. i will try and get photos on tomorrow but it takes ages toload them up so will see. speak to youall soon
