Today we had a quiet start to the day. Dad and I had a nice breakfast at the hotel and then we checked out. We met Zia Emanuela at the station (just around the corner) and she took us to her home, where we will be staying for the next few days. After a settle in and washing period, we had some lunch. After a little snooze on the couch, Dad and I left the house at about 2.30 pm to go to see the Scovegni Chapel. We took the bus and then the tram and ended up in the middle of the city at a beautiful chapel that was decorated by Giotto. It was thoroughly enjoyable. We cane home at around 6.00 pm, And as
we arrived at the end of the tram route, Mario and Laura met us and took us to their home for a coffee before taking us back to Zia's home. After dinner they retuned for a chat and we finally made it to bed at around midnight.
