Jebus what a flight.

According to the Pilot it was a "short" flight, only taking 13 hours, joy. Wasn't half as lucky as the last flight, only had a seat each so it wasn't very comfy. Think we got about 3-4 hours of half sleep each.

Here's a question, why does flying make your hair like an oil slick? Seriously I'd washed it 29 hours previously and it looked like it hadn't been done in a week.

Anywho, we got off the plane to see the loooooongest line ever, ya'rly. Now I don't know whether its just because there were approx 10 batrillion people trying to get through customs but we weren't even asked for our Visas, never mind anything else that they can apparantly ask you for.

Thankfully we got through without a hitch, and our taxi dude was waiting for us. Typical Ozzie really, blonde hair, boardies blah blah. Drove us to the hostel, had a shower, which was rather dangerous considering my world was swaying from being so tired. Then we had a sleep from like 11 till 3. Woke up, got dressed and went for a stroll to see what we can find.

Its a very odd city, its like New York, if New York had the room to spread itself out by about 10 times. Walked through Hyde Park, saw some Original Weird Birds (no idea what they really are) and came across the mahussive Botanic Gardens, with Marakeets and Cokateels randomly walking around.

Weather is alright, kinda cloudy but warm.

Got a "Cheese and Wine" night in 20 mins. Some guy knocked on our door whilst we were floored with exhaustion after the 5 mile walk and was like HI GUYS! So thats the plan tonight, well that and a very early night.

Think I'm gonna learn German.

Will update in a few days when I have something to add, oh and photos should go up soon. My iPhone seems so useless without access to txt/calls/internet, it's rather sad :(
