We are currently in the region of Småland, near the town of Jönkoping, at Henrik and Donya's beautiful summer house. Situated right on the lake, we spent yesterday afternoon sitting by the lake, swimming, waterskiing and kayaking. Yesterday being Tom's 19th birthday, we had a dinner together with Henrik's sister and two of her daughters. Dinner was lovely, as was the delicious chocolate cake we surprised Tom with (thanks to Donya and Niklas), and singing happy birthday to him in Swedish. We then went out onto the lake on Henrik's boat to watch the sun set. We are having our first quiet and lazy day in over a month so on the whole we are really enjoying ourselves!
