Hello everyone. And a Happy Friday for tomorrow!
I thought I would jump on and leave a current message. I have been unable to get onto the internet for a while to update the Blog but have added some of it to keep you occupied.
We have had about three storms and they have been scary! Temperatues have reached almost 100 and it has been hard going on the work front! But the children are increasing in numbers and they are a real pleasure to be with.
I think the driver Petros is taking me to see the Giraffes tomorrow which will make for a lovely birthday. The downside is that I cannot get to a shop to get the ingrediants to make a birthday cake - something which I wanted to take in for the children... but maybe I will be able to find someone that will make me some 'fat cakes' (that is actually what they are called!!).
I hope you are all well and not too down about the British weather.... the grass is always greener and there are plenty of people over here that would like to come to live in England!
I must dash now as the Post Office in the village that I am in, has now closed. I have been locked in!! I hope I will be able to get back onto the blog to upload more photos successfully - I have hundreds but the computers are so slow it just wont work!
Anyway - Happy Bonfire night for tomorrow - please go and see some Fireworks for me??!!

Mike Hi Laura, good to hear from you again. Great news on the racket front! You'll have to get in some training as a couple of new people have joined in on Mondays and one of them knocks the spots off me! I've also had to book 3 courts for the 8th and could do with 3 again the following week. This is getting a bit serious! Won't have time to work just organise games, lol! Keep up the great work and blog when you can.
