We signed up for a few free bits at the hostel starting this morning. We did a walking tour of one of the Mexican areas of Chicago. San Francisco airport is not great. Confusing and everything seemed pretty rushed. Last day in San Francisco today! Lots of last minute bits planned. First stop was to a Charity shop in search of a jumper as its just too cold to walk around in less. Finally today was the day we had been waiting for. We were off to Alcatraz... cant believe we have been here over a week and this was the soonest we could get tickets. Anyway of course it was cold so we started the day with an apple cider yum yum! We did an audio tour of the cellhouse which was really good. After an extremely lazy day yesterday we decided to walk to the Golden Gate Bridge. You may think its not that far but it was a major stomp. Took us a few hours to get there. The weather was sunny but super windy. The Bridge looked really eerie as it was covered in fog. Looked really good. Walking across it took maybe 30 mins. Couldnt help but look for people who might be jumpers... saw a few ahhhhh scary times...... Cant really understand why people would jump...
