San Francisco airport is not great. Confusing and everything seemed pretty rushed.

Due to the early start clearly we were not with it as Laura noticed while queueing for security that we were wearing pretty much the same clothes. Grey trousers, linen tops and a hat. We must have looked like we were in a cult. Oh and we were carrying matching huge umbrellas........oh the shame...

Ok the flight would have been boring if it wasnt for Laura and her 'bites'. During the 4 hour flight more kept appearing..... it was so weird! Think she probably started the flight with 5 and entered Chicago with about 20. They were litterally appearing right before our eyes. Not good! we will further investigate when we get off the cramped plane.

Once arriving at the hostel, some local kids doing a school project pounced on us, asking us questions on travelling and stuff. Then the next thing we knew we had signed up to be part of their Peurto Rico night. Basically the kids were from a local school and were cooking a 4 course meal of Peurto Rican dishes for the travellers for free to learn about foreigners. We were just enticed by the mention of free food! The food was fantasic, Chick pea salad, turkey turnovers, a hot pot full of spice and some sort of chocolate mush. Wow we had not eaten food that good in a long time.

Then we joined their game of Jepordy which is apparently a quiz show in America.

Basically our team wasnt the cleverest bunch but it was the trying the counts lol.
