Mini drama last night. So we are getting ready for bed when 2 random girls carry a extremely drunk girl into our room and dump her on the top bunk. Guessing they found her and helped her back to her room.
Anyways we are in bed... listening to music (it drowns out the snoring) when i here Laura talking. Sitting up i can see (and hear which is so gross) the drunk girl throwing up in bed. Its dripping onto the floor and bed below. The girl in the bed below looks scared as hell.
I run downstairs to get someone while Laura goes to see if the girl is ok.

Next thing im upstairs watching Laura attempting to hold up this unconcious girl who was face down in her own sick. The housekeepers came up, 2 guys, but the girl was not responsive when they were trying to get her out. They had no idea what to do. We were stood outside the room as it smelt like there was a dead animal in that room. I think Laura could graffically describe what that girl had eaten earlier on. Yuck!

The housekeepers asked if we would take her into the shower and look after her but we didnt really want to as we had no idea who she was. As it was only male housekeepers they were not allowed to drag her ass out of the bunk. They ended up ringing for an Ambulance. The next thing i know Laura is over by the bed takes pics of the drunk girl. She doesnt miss an oppertunity :) thats how she has managed to get great pics this trip.

I dont know what they used, but the disinfectant completely got rid of the smell of death, so we got a good nights sleep eventually and the girl was taken to the Emergency room.

Cut to the morning.... we wake up... the girl is back. And completely doesnt remember of is being typically ignorant and pretending it didnt happen. She didnt have a care in the world.
Lucky she didnt die!

Anyway we were sooo tired. Had the Brooklyn tour. First of all we were concerned for our tour guide. His name was Ed and he was so old...... he walked so slowely as well. We were not sure if he would make it. Aww bless! We went to Williamsburg which is an up and coming area. A lot of the deralict buildings are being renovated. New homes, shops etc. Some parts looked really nice.

We walked back over the Brooklyn Bridge which was cool. Reminded us of Sex in the City. Subway to Grand Central Station. Reminded me of the movie Madagascar. Such a funny movie. Gotta get Laura watching it when we get back. Walked on to the Publc Library. The Sex in the City movie and The Day After Tomorrow movie were both filmed here. Inside it looks exactly the same. Outside they must have made the streets look a lot wider as they seemed quite narrow. We walked on to Times Square again and did a little shopping.

Walked all the way back to the hostel. 42 st up to 103rd st. Such a trek but was really cool to see the neighbourhoods. There was apparently a travel movie on in the movie room. It was Fast and the Furious 3. Is that a travel movie?? who cares coz it was an awesome movie :)
