Wow, Hong Kong is amazing and we loved every minute of it (bar the arriving and departing bit as our bags are so damn heavy...32g and counting!). We had to spend a day or so longer than expected there due to sorting our train ticket to Beijing and china visa etc, but we did a lot in the time we were there. ...to be continued
