Welcome to Vegas!

So we finally arrived in Vegas, we twisted Cyrstal's arm to meet us there, like we really needed to try! We were really excited when we arrived to discover how amazing our hotel was. In our hotel, The Golden Nugget, there was all you can imagine. The best thing about it had to be the swimming pool, shaped like a ring with an aquarium in the centre with sharks and exotic fish. You could see into the aquarium whilst sunbathing or swimming in the pool. This was made even more spectacular by the waterfalls and the sunchairs comfortable like an arm chair. The facilities included a big casino, spa and salon, nightclub and bar, lots of resturants and plenty of clothes shops. The hotel was situated in the Fremont Street Experince, we didn't have to go far for the neon lights of Vegas!

We spent our days, lying by the pool and wondering around Las Vegas Blvd (the strip). We were amazed by the grand scale and spectacular hotels, these were free to wonder around and could easily take up a whole day of our trip.

By night we put on our gladrags and hit the town, we had so much fun!

Tanya's birthday shouldn't go unmentioned. Crystal and I plotted behind Tanya's back and organied a birthday she won't forget (you would be proud of me girls!) For more of these photo's, see facebook. In the day we went shopping and had our nails done (Tanya had a pedicure) and then a nice dinner. Then we went out!!

We took a trip to Hoover Dam, er, it was great, not much to say!

We had the best few days in Vegas, people think it takes ages to organise a wedding, we managed to do it in a few hours. Did you know you can get married in a drive-thru?...........

After Vegas we drove back to LA where we said goodbye to Crysal and also our car. We had one last look around Hollywood and then flew to New Orleans....
