Finally back to communicating with the world!!
So we had 3 great very relaxing weeks in Akaroa, cleaning and managing in Chez Le Mer backpackers for internet and accomodation.
The owners were just lovely as was the people we met, especially another crazy German Linda and outdoor king Al who made our time just amazing.
Our time was filled with running, reading and basic chilling out.
Akaroa is just this beautiful little french town on the Banks Peninsula, it's so beatiful so we rode our bikes everywhere and went for walks. Visited a lovely farm on top of the hill which was owned by this excentric women who rode around bare back on her horse - random.
Lol got into baking at every free moment, she went down a storm with everyone for this. We caught some really good movies in there like 5seated theatre, where you take your hot drink in and watch away!
Then with only a week left in NZ we got picked up by our Coyotes manages
Mr Mike P-REBBLE and Benny and headed for the West Coast of the South Island to Jackson for a staff party held in a rented cottage.
It was the most amazing drive down Aurthers Pass, stopping for photo opportunties and snow ball fights - nuts!!! Driving past were they filmed some of Narnia and LOTR.
We arrived at this gorgeous littel cottage where we chilled there before heading across to the bar across the street for the night. WE had such a great time and was a great chance to catch up with all our bessies from work.
The following day we headed back to Christchurch for the last time were our beautiful Maori had organised a garden party - H-amazing. It's all decked out with a bar and her sound system, fires, ping pong table, BBQ. WE all had such a fun night but was so so hard to say our final goodbyes. We have met some of the most amazing people here who we will never forget!!!!
After about a 20minute flight to Wellington were we was pciked up by Deekos... Sammy and Kylie Smiley (Coyotes gilies) which was so nice to see them. They did us a tour of the city before we checked into our hostel to get ready for a night out which was good, a nice change from Chritchurchs strip!
We had 4 nights in Wellington, catching up with the girlies who showed us the sights, visiting the museum (so cultural), Meeting Ant and Tony (girls friends) who were grand to us pommes. Meeting up for a night out down Cuba Street and Courtney Place with Prestige Peoples Vicky Davis, Thailand & NZs Jamie Rennie and Camp Cheerfuls Jamie Sharp. It was so so great to see everyone, a really nice end to our time in NZ.
After 1hour sleep/rest, still drunk we had to get up to catch our flight to Auckland were we slpet in the airport for 9hours before our connecting flight to FIJI BABY!!!!
