When we arrived in Nelson we stayed in yet another lovely hostel, we went for a drink and a few games of pool, playing doubles with 2 maoris and Lol and Luce managed to beat them...of course! (Nat you would have been proud).

Saturday, John had some quality time at a car museum whilst us girlies hit the markets and had a wander around the town before all heading back for a relax back at the hostel. That night we introduced dad to eating Thai, he is officially hooked! Then a movie back at the hostel, but had to wake dad up after 5mins of sitting down as he was snoring due to his jet-lagg!!

Sunday we headed to Abel Tasmin, a National Park about an hour and a half North of Nelson. We had to get up stupidly early in order to make our 9am taxi boat to Anchorage Bay were we got dropped off to begin our hour and a bit walk. The National Park is just lovely, very unspoiled, peaceful, just like your own desert Island. After getting bit to b*****y by sand flies the taxi picked us up and took us on a quick tour of some of the other bays then 'Dave' was calling.....
