We have been in Broome now for a couple of days, it's a really nice little town with a beautiful beach. We spent yesterday just catching up on some sleep and getting all of our washing sorted from the trip and then headed to Cable Beach for sunset where we met with some of the guys from the trip.

Today we went to Pearl Luggers where we got a tour and learnt about the history of the pearling industry in Broome which was pretty interesting. We spent the afternoon at Cable Beach relaxing and swimming and also went for a camel ride along the beach. We finished the day off with a film at the outdoor deckchair cinema, Sun Pictures.

A couple that we met on the tour to Broome have offered for us to share a car with them to travel down to Perth. We have took them up on their offer and we leave Broome tomorrow morning for our journey further south.
