We were quite lucky on our journey from Chicago to Boston, the flight was fine and the taxis cheaper than anticipated, we also managed to get an earlier bus from New York to Boston. We landed in Midway airport and caught the El (elevated train) uptown to Fullerton, then we had to walk a couple of blocks to the hostel. Unfortunately we were squashed into a carriage as a cubs game was on!! We arrived in New York on a lovely sunny afternoon, via the Greyhound, into the Port Authority. We made our way to The Marrakech hotel and hostel via the subway. The hotel was on 103rd and Broadway - just 2 blocks from Central Park on the Upper West Side. It's been a while but here's our Washington update. Firstly our plane was delayed by 45 minutes due to a problem with the left wing, which we happened to be sitting on-fun fun fun!!
