Had a great time over the weekend, went on organised tours booked through our hostel... but only the two of us booked on them, so got two guides to ourselves!! Hello from Quito!!Arrived safely ystrdy, after a VERY long journey! But got to our hostel fine and have ensuite and free internet!! Went out last nite just to the next road along in La Mariscal district, famous for its cafes and tourist (Gringo!!) places.. Security guards EVERYWHERE even for cafes and random shops as the mugging situation had reached a crisis point!! (Dnt worry parents, they seem to be doing a good job!!) Altho it is funny to see people with MAHO...
