05/13/21 After driving 232 miles, we are at the Harvest Hosts Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville OR. They had a huge parking lot next to a big park. 05/12/21 We stayed another day in Fort Klamath. It's nice to wake up in the morning and not get ready to travel. We can cook a real breakfast and just relax. 05/11/21 We drove 238 miles on state highways to Crater Lake Resort in Fort Klamath OR. We continue to drive through mountains but the beautiful views of forests, rivers, lakes, valleys and mountains are so worth it. We travel a little slower but it does improve gas mileage a little. 05/10/21 Monty the repair guy showed up as promised at 8:30 responding to Patti’s phone message. He said he called back because she sounded calm and nice and he could tell they were not going to be “jerks” (actual wording not used here). The motor and wiring will need to be replaced. 05/09/21 Unexpectedly we are still at Mono Lake. We were getting ready to leave when one of Patti and Wayne’s slides would not go in. Everything possible was tried but without success. Since not only is this Sunday but also Mother's Day, it's not surprising they were unable to reach anyone.
