The countdown continues. 20 days until we leave. Checking off items on my to do list as fast as I can - determined the routes through 4/14, made most of the reservations, vet check, and fully vaccinated! Making progress on the rest. The next big item is pre-loading the RV with as much as I can for its service appointment on 3/22 to ensure a good alignment and wheel balance plus doing all other maintenance items.

2021 The beginning of this year has been much like 2020, with frustrating uncertainties but now with glimmers of hope. With vaccination appointments and news getting more promising, we have decided to get back on the road. We’ve been waiting a year to go exploring again and now preparations are in full gear. 2020 We all endured last year - Covid, losing friends, experiencing fear, drastically changing our lives, disheartening current events, missing so many things, medical issues, but always hoping for things to get better.

The new RV. We brought her home for the first time. Little did we know, she would be in the driveway for more than year except for a trip to Maine and two local camping trips in 2020. She is a little bigger than our last RV - almost brand new and with a much better floor plan. As always, I’ve spent the last year and a half modifying her (read spending money) to better fit our lives.
